A deaf quadriplegic needed an electric Hoyer lift repaired and Spinlife claimed they could do the repair. Spinlife was contacted August 2013, took a deposit September 2013, and did not send a tech out until January 2014 after numerous calls.

The tech came and told us the new parts needed would be close to $775 including installation. When the tech came out and finished the machine still was not working. He said we had to pay more money and left. When we contacted Spinlife we were given every promise in the book that the issue would be fixed.

It is now December 2015 and the machine still does not work and the company never sent anyone back out.

The contact persons will not return phone calls and this poor man still cannot utilize the equipment needed for his care.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $767.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor quality and cs.
