I got a Jazzy HD on june 7 2017. The batteries are shot in less than 6 months.

I called and got a really nice man who sent me new Batteries, and told me to let the company know when I got them and he would send someone to put them in. Today I got this hateful women who told me they do not do that. I have a warranty. she never ask any questions.

I am an amputee ( right leg gone) . 3600.00 and this is what I get. She said ask friends to put the in. REALLY.

I called Devon and he was appalled. He said he would come but it would cost me 120.00. I think you should be responsible for the charge or are you just another ripoff Company. Gene Bolton.
