I please wit service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered a sit-to-stand machine that cost over 4000 dollars in late December 2024. I waited two weeks, but there was no delivery or email. I called and they hadn't shipped it, but did so within a few days after my call. I gladly received my order, assembled it, and transported it two hours away to the facility where my loved one is staying. However, the employees there informed me that I had received the wrong sling for the device. As a result, I called and informed customer service. They asked me to send a picture of the sling, which was two hours away. I sent them a picture that was in the booklet that came with the sling. Keep in mind, I didn't order the wrong sling because I never saw it to order it. The sales representative ordered it for me. Your company wouldn't assist me, so I had to order a sling off Amazon to send to the facility. It's a shame because I had a 3000 dollar electric wheelchair in my cart to be ordered from your company, but now I will look for that purchase elsewhere.

Bad customer service. Bad attitude.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased my first scooter three years ago. The seat was crooked because the seat attachment was not attached correctly.

I called and explained. They sent a seat post, which did nothing. I explained again. They sent a second post, but not a seat.

I finally had the seat changed locally. It was hard to find someone to help with these issues because they said it's hard to get parts. The scooter has been problematic and has stranded me in a store several times due to electrical issues. It has had several issues.

I finally bought a wonderful scooter locally that cost $4K, and it has been worth every penny. Also, when I called to purchase a new key from Spinlife, I was quoted $75 plus tax for a standard 'one fits all' key. I am purchasing a hospital bed and electric wheelchair and will be needing an in-house lift. None will be from Spinlife.

Their 'couldn't care less' attitude is inexcusable. I recommend using a local company.

Sent wrong $1800 mattress, will not take responsibility

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

Spinlife is a deeply dishonest company.

I purchased a new Flex a Bed mattress for my Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame. The product page said it was compatible with my frame.

This page showed the correct model in the photos.

I received a different Flex a Bed mattress model than what was in the photos. I put it on the bed and confirmed it does not work. It barely bends and looks like its going to fall off. You cant really lay down on it safely.

Spinlife says: The Memory Foam Mattress comes in a variety of sizes, allowing it to fit your current Premier or Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame.

Customer service first admitted the manufacturer sent the wrong thing.

Now theyre pretending otherwise and will not refund an unused (and unusable) $1850 with tax mattress for a person suffering from muscular dystrophy.

Sent proof and customer service just lies and gaslights.

Sent pictures of the mattress on the bed literally proving its the wrong item. It does not bend and practically falls off the base yet the customer service manager says its fine.

Disputing charges, contacting relevant state government authorities, and filing a small claims lawsuit if necessary.

Do not support Spinlife.

Worst company I ever bought from !

Their consultant's are worthless. Needed quick release Axel so I can tear down wheelchair.

Most important part and the consultant gave me a permanent axel.

Then when told problem they kept sending wrong axel. If they were the last wheelchair seller on the planet, I will crawl first.

Mattress from ***

Our daughter is 5'10" and disabled. Have ordered from Spinlife for years and until now have been satisfied, however, the mattress we ordered for her hospital bed is a piece of junk.

No padding underneath the plastic cover and now the springs are poking through. She weighs 160 lbs.so this should not have happened.

NOT A FREE TRIAL!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

30-day free trial is a lie. I was charged $274 to return it.

We used it for 5 minutes and my mom could not operate it safely. We called the next day to return it and the same company who delivered it came and picked it up (a whole week later).

Spin-life deducted the $274 from the refund. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Poor experience

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We had ordered a scooter from ebay and had problems with it from the first day where it stopped working 1 block from the house. That company didn't want to issue a refund.

They only wanted us to take it to a repair company (the closest is in NYC and we don't have a car). So we ordered a drive from Spinlife through Amazon. It took a while for us to get it. It was easy to put together but the first time it was used, the battery died just a couple blocks from home while trying to board a bus for a doctor's appointment.

We called and were told to condition the battery by charging it every night. We did that and still it didn't work. We received a new battery, put that in, conditioned it and all seemed well until this weekend. We charged it up Friday night and went out to run some errands and go to the grocery on Saturday.

We needed to pick up a few things at the mall and while there, the battery started dying. Ended up having to call a car service to take us home. Thank goodness this scooter is a travel one and would fit in the car. Called the company today and was told they could send a technician but we would have to pay for it.

Or we could take it to a repair center (again - closest is in NYC, we don't have a car, and are we supposed to walk the scooter up the hill to the train and walk it from the train to the repair center? Then how do I get a disabled person home as I'm sure it won't be fixed while we wait). We figured it was worth spending a little more to get a drive brand scooter and we were working with a company that would stand behind the product.

Now we're out over $700 for a scooter that doesn't work. Guess we just need to spend the money for new batteries for the larger, first scooter that we have and go back to relying on that one.

Dissatisfied by incompetance

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I purchased a Jazzy and a power lift from Spinlife in December. They sent me the wrong lift for the Jazzy I bought.

Problem 1" incompetent sales team. After 2 different technicians were sent to install the lift it was determined that it was indeed the wrong lift. Both techs commented on what a horrible company Spin Life was to work for. They both called the company and reported this.

Spin Life tried to charge me a $300 restocking fee to take the lift back. I refused to pay them to pick up the wrong lift they sold me. took over a month and dozens of calls before they picked it up. It has now been over six weeks since it was picked up and no refund.

I have made dozens of calls with none returned. Find Problem 2: an incompetent customer service team.

Company is a rip off I got a lemon.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I don't know why I'm writing now but I'm still outraged!!! About 3 years ago I ordered a buzz around came about close to $2,000 with all the bells and whistles and the back basket.

I paid about I don't remember $200 for the warranty and another $100 to have them come up and set it up. I have muscular dystrophy. They come up and just drop the box off I said well where are you going they were arguing with me about setting it up and I had paid for them to set it up.then they proceeded to call the company or whoever they called about setting it up and they proceeded to tell me that they would have somebody come out and set it up so I had to wait longer. Then it was only a few weeks and I started hearing noises that didn't sound right The battery wasn't lasting I called them up and told them come take this thing back it's a lemon and it was way before the warranty was up.

They had the nerve to tell me it would cost me $200 to send it back.

Like an idiot I kept it and it just got worse and worse and I've had nothing but problems from this company and they left me stuck with a big buzz around that's sitting in my studio that is useless. Horrible, horrible, company do not buy from them!
