- - They said spin spin money would be 500, then canceled the request.
- - They don't give money and may fool people.
- - I told them cheating is the only option.
First they told me the spin spin money would be 500. When it comes to 500, they cancel the request.
If the company doesn't want to give money, that will be okay. There are friends who are playing.
I told them that cheating is the only option. They don't give money; they make fools of people.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
Worst service EVER!
Once they have your money, they couldn't care less!
And they will NEVER refund you money!

3 year in home service contract not being honored. New 4 month old Jazzy Air not being repaired.
- - Jazzy Air 2 lift wheelchair is stuck; joystick is faulty and won't operate.
- - It has a 3-year in-home service contract; repairs stalled 2 weeks.
My wheelchair is not being repaired. I have owned it 4 months.
It has already been repaired once, but now is again broken. It is a Jazzy Air 2, which is a lift wheelchair. It is stuck in the highest position, and also has a joystick fault and WILL NOT OPERATE AT ALL. I have a 3 year in home service contract.
I have tried for 2 weeks to get the tech department to obtain repair with no luck. There Is a Numotion Repair Center within 60 miles. Numotion is the owner of SpinLife.
These people can repair it, but require that I contact SpinLife. SpinLife is NOT responding.
User's recommendation: Do not buy a mobility product from SpinLife!!!

Verified Reviewer |I please wit service
- - Ordered a sit-to-stand machine over $4000; two-week shipping delay.
- - Wrong sling shipped; sales rep ordered it; I bought one on Amazon.
I ordered a sit-to-stand machine that cost over 4000 dollars in late December 2024. I waited two weeks, but there was no delivery or email. I called and they hadn't shipped it, but did so within a few days after my call. I gladly received my order, assembled it, and transported it two hours away to the facility where my loved one is staying. However, the employees there informed me that I had received the wrong sling for the device. As a result, I called and informed customer service. They asked me to send a picture of the sling, which was two hours away. I sent them a picture that was in the booklet that came with the sling. Keep in mind, I didn't order the wrong sling because I never saw it to order it. The sales representative ordered it for me. Your company wouldn't assist me, so I had to order a sling off Amazon to send to the facility. It's a shame because I had a 3000 dollar electric wheelchair in my cart to be ordered from your company, but now I will look for that purchase elsewhere.

Verified ReviewerBad customer service. Bad attitude.
- - Seat attachment was incorrect, making the seat crooked.
- - Spinlife sent seat posts, not the seat.
- - Electrical issues stranded me; parts were hard to get.
I purchased my first scooter three years ago. The seat was crooked because the seat attachment was not attached correctly.
I called and explained. They sent a seat post, which did nothing. I explained again. They sent a second post, but not a seat.
I finally had the seat changed locally. It was hard to find someone to help with these issues because they said it's hard to get parts. The scooter has been problematic and has stranded me in a store several times due to electrical issues. It has had several issues.
I finally bought a wonderful scooter locally that cost $4K, and it has been worth every penny. Also, when I called to purchase a new key from Spinlife, I was quoted $75 plus tax for a standard 'one fits all' key. I am purchasing a hospital bed and electric wheelchair and will be needing an in-house lift. None will be from Spinlife.
Their 'couldn't care less' attitude is inexcusable. I recommend using a local company.

Verified ReviewerSent wrong $1800 mattress, will not take responsibility
- - Received a different Flex-A-Bed mattress than pictured; it won’t bend and is unsafe, and Spinlife won't refund the $1850 mattress.
Spinlife is a deeply dishonest company.
I purchased a new Flex a Bed mattress for my Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame. The product page said it was compatible with my frame.
This page showed the correct model in the photos.
I received a different Flex a Bed mattress model than what was in the photos. I put it on the bed and confirmed it does not work. It barely bends and looks like its going to fall off. You cant really lay down on it safely.
Spinlife says: The Memory Foam Mattress comes in a variety of sizes, allowing it to fit your current Premier or Hi-Low Flex-A-Bed adjustable bed frame.
Customer service first admitted the manufacturer sent the wrong thing.
Now theyre pretending otherwise and will not refund an unused (and unusable) $1850 with tax mattress for a person suffering from muscular dystrophy.
Sent proof and customer service just lies and gaslights.
Sent pictures of the mattress on the bed literally proving its the wrong item. It does not bend and practically falls off the base yet the customer service manager says its fine.
Disputing charges, contacting relevant state government authorities, and filing a small claims lawsuit if necessary.
Do not support Spinlife.

Verified ReviewerWorst company I ever bought from !
- - Consultants provided a permanent axle instead of the requested quick-release axle.
- - They kept sending the wrong axle after the problem was reported.
Their consultant's are worthless. Needed quick release Axel so I can tear down wheelchair.
Most important part and the consultant gave me a permanent axel.
Then when told problem they kept sending wrong axel. If they were the last wheelchair seller on the planet, I will crawl first.
User's recommendation: Stay away unless you want to waste money
Return
Return still not handled. Slow and expensive.
650. Go to a store.
They have the same products. Most will come to your home

Verified ReviewerMattress from ***
- - We have used Spinlife for years and were satisfied.
- - The mattress has no padding under the plastic cover and springs poke through.
Our daughter is 5'10" and disabled. Have ordered from Spinlife for years and until now have been satisfied, however, the mattress we ordered for her hospital bed is a piece of junk.
No padding underneath the plastic cover and now the springs are poking through. She weighs 160 lbs.so this should not have happened.
- Mostly good products at reasonable prices with fast delivery
- Mattresses should be better quality
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Don't buy a mattress from them!
Deceiving the elderly costly repairs for product that's not 2 years old
Paid $565.00 for a tub lift in December 2019 now they want $199 just to tell me what the problem is. and more if they have to fix it. but I have a three year warranty I guess its very limited.
- Have a great advertisement
- Warranty is no good have to pay too much out of pocket
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: They rip off the elderly shop somewhere else
NOT A FREE TRIAL!
30-day free trial is a lie. I was charged $274 to return it.
We used it for 5 minutes and my mom could not operate it safely. We called the next day to return it and the same company who delivered it came and picked it up (a whole week later).
Spin-life deducted the $274 from the refund. FALSE ADVERTISING!
- Nice customer service people
- Processes take too long
- Free trial is a lie
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
User's recommendation: Be prepared to pay $274 if you want to return it.
