WHITE GLOVE DELIVERS WRONG BED, WILL NOT TAKE BACK, AND PICK UP AND CORRECT DELIVERY TAKES THREE WEEKS . SENIOR NEEDS HOYA LIFT FOR THREE WEEKS OF WAITING. spin life charge full price for night mare with even white glove charges for wrong merchandise. spinlife will not call you!!

you have to wait for 30-to 2hrs to speak to anyone , who puts you on hold.

this company is especially for the handicap, this is terrible!!!! their customer service is either train to give out NO information or kindness.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Order #42105783 was certainly an extreme situation with a very poor delivery service. Because of your experience, we have made significant changes with our delivery service.

Despite the difficult position the White Glove delivery service put everyone in, Spinlife and Flexabed took full responsibility to remedy the situation. We replaced the bed at no charge and reimbursed you for the white glove delivery charges, as well as, the rental fees incurred for the patient lift that you needed in the interim.

We also apologize for the long hold time you experienced. Sometimes our phones can get busy. A good option to use when you are experiencing longer hold times is Spinlife’s automatic call back feature. It keeps your place in line and will receive a call back as soon as we have a free representative.

We were also frustrated at the time it took to correct the shipment.

We are proud to offer products that can provide comfort to people who need it most and were committed to replacing the incorrect bed that was delivered. We did assure that you received the item you ordered as quickly as possible, under the circumstances.
