We purchased our lift chair in 2014, it broke in 2017, it stoped working in a semi reclined position cant get in and cant get out after you make the decision to get in it. The control switch wires broke from their soddering.

Called and recieved the wrong replacement. Pinsdone match and there are only 2 buttons instead of 4.

Called the 2nd time and never recieved order, called 3rd time didnt recieve order, calle the 4th time and after paying $98 they shipped the wrong one again. Only now i am out $100.
