we purchased a wheel chair from spin life another set of tires for another chair and a backpack for chair for our mothers birthday whitch was jan 29 th we ordered early in december to make sure it would be here in time because i was told on phone it would be up to 4 or 5 weeks at most any way we got it in december early that was great but after we gave her the new chair on the 29th we tried the new rubber tires that was for older chair tires was a good price less than 40.00 but they were not the correct ones still in box and they refuse to help take these back and sell us the correct ones spent over 750.00 with them, we have 3 web stores out there and like amazon we do not and never have limited returns to 30 days never so order from amazon or walmart they will help you like us no is not in their vocabulary i will not make the mistake of using them ever again i could of bought the same products from amazon or walmart my fault
