Scooter is a Spitfire SE by Drive. My wife called to see if the beeper could be disconnected.

Your customer service agent said that several people called with the same complaint, and that's just the way it is. If we wanted to return it, we would have to pay to have it repacked, and we would also have to pay for shipping. When my wife asked to speak to a supervisor, the CS agent said that she couldn't, she (the customer service agent) was the only one there.

Spinlife said that if we wanted a technician to remedy the problem, we could have a technician come to our house, and the minimum charge would be $179 dollars. Hard to believe a company can do business this way.

Preferred solution: Have a technician come to our house and disconnect the beeper, free of charge!.

I didn't like: Customer service was useless.
