Ordered a power chair with technician setup. After no e-mail or phone calls, phoned customer service as to whereabouts of order.
Was told technician that was to do setup bowed out. Reps did not seem to know where chair was. Was told the location of chair had to be tracked & a new tech assigned. So much for a delivery time.
Still don't have a delivery time. This company could do a better job on order status communication. And spinlife could do a better job hiring qualified people.
Had ordered a lift chair from spinlife & the tech that was sent took the chair apart, did not know how to fix and left parts on floor. Spinlife sent another tech who solved the problem.
