SpinLife - GOOD COMPANY TO BUY FROM
I know a lot of people here are posting how bad the company is but I am going to give you my experience. I am not wealthy and living on a fixed income (are we not all doing so?) and only wanted one for occasional use so I settled on the Pride Travel Pro for $599.00.
When it came I opened it up and set the unit up and upon reading the info that came with it I found SEVERAL issues with what I got Vrs what the website said I was going to get (Different Model, warranty and a couple other points) I went to the website and sent an email there and waited. After 2 days of no response when the site clearly says they will respond in well under 24 hours, I did some research and found a customer service email address. I wrote a somewhat strongly worded email and sent it. In a matter of hours I had a response from the company and contact from several people including managers.
They apologized that my email had somehow gotten lost in the cracks and offered me a solution that was far and above what I would have expected.
They upgraded the model to a model above the one I ordered, Extended my in home warranty in writing by a year and took care of having a tech somce out and set up the new one, dis-assemble and re-box the old one and paid for my return of the old scooter. So they have completely earned my loyalty and respect and have gotten a lifetime customer.
Reason of review: Good customer service.
SpinLife Pros: Fast delivery.
SpinLife Cons: Salesman not knowledgeable about product.
Location: Tullahoma, Tennessee
